Congress Name Badges
All participants are required to wear their badges in all scientific and social activity areas during the congress. Participants who have pre-registered will be able to receive their pre-prepared badges along with other congress materials without waiting during pre-registration. For on-site registrations, participants will be able to receive their badges after completing the registration process.
Participation Certificates
Participation certificates will be given to participants who register for the congress and show 50% participation in the scientific program at the registration desk on May 25, 2025.
Invitation Letters
The official invitation letter will be sent by the congress organization secretariat in line with the requests of the participants. The invitation letter to be sent is to ensure that participants can obtain permission from their institutions. The invitation letter does not mean support for the registration fee and other expenses.

Uploading Abstracts
Submitting abstracts online is the only valid method of submission. Papers sent via e-mail or post, regardless of the system, will not be accepted.
Abstract Submission Deadline: April 20, 2025
Papers to be presented at the congress should be capable of contributing to scientific development and should give a concluding message. Since abstracts sent over the internet will be printed in the same way, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for all spelling errors.
Writing Rules
- Abstracts will be collected via the online abstract system.
- Academic titles should not be used in author names.
- Names should be written in lowercase letters, with only the first letter capitalized.
- The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be stated.
- Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are exceptions.)
- If an abbreviation is used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation should be stated in parentheses.
- In the abstract, the purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated, the findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail, and the conclusion should be explained within the framework of the findings presented.
- The entire abstract should not exceed 500 words, excluding the title name, author's name and surname.
- The text should be a single paragraph. 1 picture/1 table can be added.
- The maximum number of authors that can be written is 12.
- Papers must include the names and surnames of the authors.
Things to Consider:
- If you are going to use the Abstract Agent module for the first time, register to the system using the "New User" link.
- The explanations on the page will help you after registration. Read the given messages and explanations carefully.
- Since abstracts sent over the internet will be printed in the same way, attention should be paid to spelling errors.
- Save the confirmation messages that will be sent to your e-mail address after you submit your abstract.
- You can follow the entire evaluation process of your paper through the system with your e-mail and password.

Evaluation of Papers:
The evaluation will be made over the internet by the Paper Evaluation Committee, keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. In order for the papers to be evaluated, at least one of the researchers must complete the congress registration process. The evaluation result will be sent to all presenters as a final letter.
